What is Reiki?
The word Reiki is comprised of two Japanese words. Rei means "Higher Power" and Ki means "life force energy". In essence, Reiki means life energy that comes from a higher place. Using Universal energy and love, Reiki is used by practitioners to help heal and release energy. It is also great for stress reduction and relaxation. This form of energy healing is based on the idea that the practitioner is a conduit for energy to flow and work. What can I expect during a session? Reiki is a little different for everyone. Some describe it as a warm feeling, others feel a tingling sensation. Everyone reports feeling more relaxed and at peace. Sometimes during sessions energy blocks are healed, which can release unexpected emotions. What is Usui / Holy Fire Reiki?
Usui / Holy Fire Reiki is a new form of Reiki introduced by William Rand of the International Center for Reiki Training. The energy is more refined than Usui Reiki and even Karuna Reiki, and comes from a very high level of spiritual consciousness. What is Reiki? Reiki is a form of energy healing that empowers the hands with the the healing power of Ki. It requires no natural healing/intuitive ability, particular beliefs or exercise, and is transferred from teacher to student. The system has continued to evolve in both Japan and U.S. since its beginning with Mikao Usui in the early 1900s, and is practiced by millions of practitioners world wide. Incorporates the principles of Reiki, hands-on energy healing and shamanic studies. Through a combination of these practices, with assistance of spirit guides and power animals, it works to intuitively to restore balance, remove any cords or attachments that may have developed over time and provide healing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. The traditional definition for medicine is creating a balance between mind, body and soul. The universal vibration is rapidly changing, as is the collective consciousness. What is Faerie Reiki?
Faerie Reiki is an energy healing that draws energy from the Fae and the sacred isle of Avalon. Faerie reiki for many people is a calm and soft energy, though different faeries will come forth for everyone depending on what it is one needs healing on, and like reiki in general it is different for each individual person. What are faeries? Faeries or the Fae are spirits associated with nature they come from all over the world but most often associated with Celtic mythologies. Like humans, every Fae you meet will have their own energy and personalities. |
